The five family vacation spots

Traveling with the whole family can be a difficult thing to plan. There are lots of factors to consider if you want everyone to have a good time. But choosing the right destination is undoubtedly the most important decision of all. Some of the points the best family vacations to choose from.

1. When it comes to family holidays, it is enough to Disney World in central Florida. If your family had not yet come, then you really need to gosoon. Disney World offers both entertainment value for a family that is almost hard to know where to start. There are four giant theme parks such as Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom. Moreover, there are two large water parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. All this show Family Fun is open all year.

2. If a tropical vacation is what I had in mind, consider the Atlantis Resort on Paradise IslandBahamas. There's plenty here to keep everyone in the family involved and fun. For example, has 11 swimming pools with water slides including the Maya drop falls six floors down in the water. Children under 12 years can enjoy the Discovery Channel Camp teaches about marine life, arts and crafts, and offers guided expeditions. Adults can enjoy golf, diving and other outdoor activities.

3. If you prefer to enjoy the snow, so be sure to visit Snowbird ResortSnowbird in Utah. Of course, the whole family can enjoy great skiing, and children under 12 can ski for free. But there are a number of snow related activities, including snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, ice skating and snow tubing. For adults the resort offers a spa and gym.

4. For a family holiday that is a bit "outside the normal experience in the treesort Takilna, Oregon. Treesort The Robinson family has a holiday theme that includes rollingbridges, fortifications, wooden swings, climbing and a lot of fun. And then the 160 foot long zip-line is also a popular attraction. And of course you can always enjoy the pool and the camping area as well.

5. If you want to combine both fun activities and education in the same holiday account Williamsburg, Virginia. Kingsmill in the complex are well within easy driving distance of both Busch Gardens and historic Colonial Williamsburg. Moreover, we are also about twoRichmond and Norfolk, Virginia. With all that entertainment and historical value near at hand, there is plenty to keep everyone active and fun family. And the same resort offers two golf courses and tennis courts and a marina.

Each of these family vacation five points would be a great choice for your next vacation. Why not start making your plans now?

"What a little treasure this DVD is! I was looking forward to viewing this DVD, as I am of Greek descent and have visited the beautiful island of Santorini many times. I also enjoy regional Greek Cuisine and found the
recipes and techniques in this DVD very intriguing and I think easily adaptable for the home chef. The bonus section at the end showcases various cheeses and herbs of Santorini, and is definitely a visual treat for the most die-hard foodie!

Interspersed among the cookery class and food tips are scenes of the natural beauty of the island, and glimpses of a tradional Greek Island wedding. I really liked the personal story and felt like I was experiencing the culture of Santorini. Additionally, the scenery is so gorgeous!!!"

I Wish I Were There! - Lori A. Cooper - Santa Barbara, CA
Watching " A Greek Islands Destination Cooking Class" DVD made me feel like I was on a personal tour with an energetic, warm guide and TV host, Cynthia Daddona. Not only did I get an overview of the main sites of Greece and the beauty of Santorini, I got to participate in a private cooking class. Cynthia's love for the Mediterranean along with her joy, feel and knowledge for Greece is delightful.

Dis-appointed 2 - westcoast_veggie - San Diego, CA United States
Pros: Excellent photography of the island and portrayal of the
foods and spices of Greece.

Cons: Annoying icon super-imposed in the lower right hand corner
throughout the whole video. The quality of this video as compared
to some other less expensive travel videos doesn't rate having
that sort of advertisement. Even on tv shows, the network icon
comes in and out while the program is aired.

It would have also been nice too see the ingredients
on the screen in some fashion, as the recipes
were being made. It would have served better to put the
brief footage of the wedding at the end or as a special
segement. No offense this is supposed to be a cooking
class video / DVD, right?

Fix those and you'd have a top notch video!

The benefits of prenatal massage

The benefits of massage are immense health. Massage has been used for centuries because of the powerful healing related to physical contact. Studies have shown that physical contact is a necessity, as people need food and water, people need touch. Touch gives users the convenience and allows them to grow and prosper. Massage uses the power of touch to provide numerous health benefits such as relieving muscle aches and low blood pressure, to increase naturalimmunity. The massage continues to increase demand, it is common to see massage as practiced in a variety of environments in which the massage parlors, spas, homes, and even in doctor's offices.

Pregnancy massage has grown in popularity thanks to its healing and relaxation for mothers and children. Prenatal often once loved, and awaiting the birth of a new baby is exciting and stimulating, however, the effects of prenatal can wreck havoc on a body in bloom. Manychanges pregnant women experience physical discomfort, including the increased swelling, muscle tension, and various other aches and pains. Prenatal massage can help alleviate some, if not all of these side effects. Indeed, massage has the power to reduce stress, relaxation, stimulates the circulatory system, relieve pain, and prepare the muscles for childbirth.

Despite mounting physical prenatal stress, a pregnant woman may also experience more mentalstress. common stressors prenatal concerns about the birth and child health, parents' fears and worries can also be extended to the thoughts of returning to work again. Prenatal massage can help relieve these stresses by relaxing touch unnecessary. The influence of touch is very powerful when the mother is relaxed and natural healing through massage, the child feels the benefit of healing. If it feels good mother, the child is more likely to feel goodtoo.

With all these benefits of prenatal massage may be left asking: "Are there differences between a standard prenatal massage and a massage?" Yes, there are some notable differences. For example, pregnancy massage should be performed only by a massage therapist in prenatal massage. Moreover, greater attention to comfort is provided during a pregnancy massage. The therapist often provide extra pillows for support and often the position ofpregnant women in different ways, and in his hand against his stomach in maintaining levels of comfort. The good news is that prenatal massage is tailored specifically for you and your body to help you achieve optimal relaxation of the session.

Besides all the wonderful effects of prenatal massage is safe. Go ahead and enjoy the time you spend being pregnant. Stop every day dealing with unnecessary pain and suffering, and to indulge yourself and yourchild with a prenatal massage to relax in Reno

Jupiter conjunct Neptune - idealistic and naive! From May to December 2009

May 4 to August 4, 2009 and December 8, 2009 - January 2, 2010

Jupiter is the planet of good fortune, optimism and expansion. Neptune is the ruler of dreams, psychic, and creativity. Sometimes the joints can be stressful and sometimes can be positive. It all depends on the situation and people react to it.

Jupiter and Neptune are slow outer planets. Jupiter is about 12 years to orbit the sun, Neptune takes 165 years to orbit once. Therefore, this aspectonly occurs approximately every 13 years. Because these planets retrograde time some of their conjunctions last long, and hung only a few weeks. I took a ride 'again in history to see what has happened during the previous conjunctions of Jupiter and Neptune.

January 1997 - Jupiter and Neptune at 27 ° Capricorn. Bryant Gumbel co-hosted its last episode on the Today Show. Dow Corning had to pay 295 billion U.S. $ Breast Implant apparel. The space shuttle Atlantisdocked with the Mir Space Station (speaking of new partnerships). Comet Hale-Bopp appeared in the sky. We were at a time when we were ready to move on to bigger and better things.

January 1984 - Jupiter and Neptune at 0 degrees Capricorn. The 0 degrees of each sign is considered the "hero" of degree, and had all kinds of heroes to appear. Philadelphia elected their first black mayor, and Jesse Jackson convinced the Syrians to release a captured American pilot. Hulk Hogan defeated Iron Sheikbecome a champion of the WWF. Apple Computer introduced the Macintosh, and President Reagan announced he would seek reelection. Jupiter and Neptune retrograde this year has not aligned with the conjunction, so this aspect was tried only for a short period of time.

February, May and September 1971 - Jupiter and Neptune in Sagittarius 2 °, 0 degrees of Sagittarius, Scorpio and 15 degrees. These two planets in conjunction in conjunction with the return and again, then turned and third in direct conjunctiontime. 1971 was a busy year. During the first relation, cigarette advertising was banned on television, the Congressional Black Caucus was organized, Charles Manson was convicted of murder, and South Vietnam invaded Laos. The second step in connecting both planets are retrograde, so the effects were a bit "more sublime. All Things Considered aired on PBS, and the Ed Sullivan Show was canceled.

The third time in conjunction with the same year, were the sign of the fansScorpio. The team broke into the Watergate office of Daniel Ellsberg physician, 1,000 inmates rioted in Attica, John Lennon released "Imagine" and six Klansmen were arrested in connection with the bombing of 10 school buses. A few days after all the excitement, Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida opened.

September 1958 - Jupiter and Neptune in Scorpio 15 degrees. This combination was successful once, while it lasted only a couple of weeks, and that was when we decided to start the National DefenceEducation. The first recording of color video tape was made, the Supreme Court ordered integration of Little Rock Arkansas high school, and the first airplane flight took place over 1200 hours. We were pushing our technology and our principles to the limit.

Well, what is Jupiter and Neptune are going to do this time?

This time, Jupiter and Neptune are in the free-thinking, unpredictable, Aquarius. Aquarium encourages us to stand and be recognized as theunique individuals we are. Aquarius loves science and technology. And, like most of us know, the aquarium is harmony, understanding, compassion and justice for all. This time will be as late as the conjunction occurs, so that will keep them together for a long time (May to August). Then, after their shifts directly, Jupiter will be conjunct Neptune once again in December.

The first peak conjunction with Mars on May 27 for sending a large amount ofenergy and new beginnings in this event. We see the great ideas and programs in place to stimulate the economy in this period. It may also surprise winner during sporting events. Mars is a warrior, Neptune is the creator of peace, and Jupiter is the amplifier. Thus we can see some very positive changes in the Iraq war. However, some of these changes may actually be nothing but smoke was rising. Neptune can also bring disappointment.

Venus moves to replaceSea power in early June and at that time, you might see some positive growth stages for the economy. Venus is the ruler of money! Also, if you have some money to invest, do some "diligent control. Because there is a strong potential for some high-tech companies that become big companies launch time in the future as the Macintosh and Walt Disney World. If you do your homework, you may end up investing in the hot air of someone.

Her second marriage isoccur annually in December with the Sun and Venus, sending his greetings optimistic Sagittarius. Our ideals and our imagination is strong, and our governments and enterprises to set up new guidelines to change our environment and our economy for good and for future generations. We will also have a strong drive to achieve and "explore new territory ... to go where no man has gone before." There may be some announcements about newspace projects, or we can have a deeper look at quantum physics. At a minimum, the holidays should be large.

Now its time to get our charts. This should be easy. The two planets will be in the same place, so you only have a house to look. The combination will be the first to 27 degrees of Aquarius, and the second will be 24 degrees of Aquarius. Check out what these conjunctions occur in the home (for most of us, both will be in the house). What's happeningbe the major player in our analysis. An example in the letter from my conjunctions are present in my sixth house of health and work. Obviously, my health is good this year, and if I was having health problems, treatment is likely to succeed. Moreover, the sixth house is the daily work, so my day job can become very creative and a bit "consumption in these areas.

Also check your inner planets (Moon through Mars) and power points(Ascendant, Nadir, descendant, and half the sky). Before the conjunction (May 2009) Child 25-29 degrees. second intersection (December 2009) Child 22-26 degrees. Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, or you can find some things you are forced instead to make decisions. Gemini, Libra or Aquarius, that everything you try will succeed. planet is in aspect will help determine which part of your life will be affected. If a power is respect, situation will be more dramatic.

Jupiter and Neptune in the sign of Aquarius. The next time you join in Pisces, Aquarius, so this is a shot, and I bet it will be memorable.

It 's interesting to note that the historical decline of these empires corresponded to the destruction of olive groves, which has reduced available supplies of olives, olive oil, olive wood, soap and oil. In connection with the destruction of olive trees, it is interesting that in the wars of Israel with Palestine, 50,000 olive trees were destroyed by Israeli bulldozers. The act of agricultural productsdestruction provoked considerable anger and unrest throughout the Gaza Strip and West Bank since the economic survival of many Palestinian farmers rely on their products of olive trees uprooted.

It would have served better to put the
brief footage of the wedding at the end or as a special
segement. No offense this is supposed to be a cooking
class video / DVD, right?

Fix those and you'd have a top notch video!

Hidden Viking History Vikings and Poseidon

Vikings and Poseidon

Kivak in a tomb in southern Sweden (1400 BC) is a panel that represents the god Poseidon. The temple also houses statues of gold of a god standing in a chariot drawn by six winged horses, surrounded by dolphins.

The statues were so high he touched the roof of the temple. The Saga of Ragnar Lodbrok Edda, it says that the island was a statue Samsø forty feet high on a wooden god, similar to the Kivak.

Scandinaviacave paintings of the Bronze Age of the gods figures show two or three times more people. Were the gods / goddesses of our ancestors giants?

In northern Europe from the Middle Bronze Age, was a cult of a god standing on a chariot drawn by horses and driven by a dolphin, Poseidon?

According to Swedish archaelologist, Martin P. Nilsson, the god Poseidon, came from a homeland in the north. In the early days Poseidon was associated with horses, carts anddolphins.

There are many links between this God, horses, wagons and dolphins in Greek religious cults.

Homer, in his 'Iliad', portrayed as a very old god Poseidon. Poseidon is said to have built the wall around Troy.

The walls around the temples of Atlantis were built by Poseidon also in time.

Among Achaens (Greeks) descended from the Viking peoples of Scandinavia and northern Germany Mar, and Poseidon was considered "old"God

In Sparta after the North Sea peoples migrated to the same, Poseidon was revived and played a key role in their religion.

Dorian (Greek) supported noble Poseidon as their tribal ancestors.

The Philistines Poseidon honor.

In the midst of the great 'Troy Town', on the island of Atlantis there was a temple dedicated to Poseidon. The temple of Poseidon was 183 feet long by 93 wide. The statues were covered with silver. Inside the ceiling, gold, silver and amberwere used.

The temples of Germany in the pre-Christain decorations were very rich.

Herman Muller, Nordic history, said that the description of the temple of Poseidon in Atlantis agrees closely with the palaces of the Nordic / Germanic gods, Odin, Thor, Freya, etc.

Even the bridge, in Atlantis, which connected the temple with the rest of the country can be recognized as the Bifrost bridge.

Forseti Temple in Friesland, has columns and golda silver roof.

Christianity has spread to Scandinavia and Germany and was baptized the inhabitants under the threat of the sword. Then they destroyed what they described as pagan shrines and took the treasures they found in the temples. What are probably stored in the basement of the Vatican with all our other treasures.

Scandinavian folklore tales speak of a golden city that lies beneath the sea, where the inhabitants were so rich that the canals and drains were made ofcopper.

Another story tells of a country that sank in the North Sea. The inhabitants were so rich that the horses shod with shoes of gold plow and plowed the ground with silver.

There is so much full of hidden history, which shows clearly that the people of the Nordic Sea (Viking ancestors) traveled throughout the ancient world (1500 BC) and the culture of the left, Commerce and Gods / Goddesses its path.

Why not see this on the History Channel?

All Around Atlantis: Stories on sale

I carried this book everywhere I went, so compelling and fascinating were these stories which explain so much about human nature and behavioral inclinations. I found myself re-reading most of the sentences so as to not miss a thing and to better comprehend what I soon learned to be an immensity of thoughtful hypotheses melded into each sentence construction; thought which was evident yet not overwrought - as compared to the work of Anais Nin, in which each sentence is such a crafted, and exhaustingly re-crafted marvel, that as a group such craftings often lack flow, and one can get lost in the forest for the complexity of each tree. These tales are built on carefully crafted yet never overwrought thoughts and sentences, and the forest, as a result, is a wondrous and navigable thing indeed.

I took this book along on a weekend getaway, which itself proved to be a perplexing and complex play of varying, fluctuating, and often inexplicable human interactions - derived from myriad economic and philospohical ideals, and the roots of disparate personalities - and so these stories became for me, out of necessity, both refuge and reference, by way of their effortless explanantion and readily-understood implications regarding the minds of people and all that exists behind and drives each unique utterance.

I am looking forward to gathering every collection of thoughts and words by Deborah Eisenberg, and will surely benefit from the entertainment and lessons within each refreshingly original and sublimely eloquent phrase. I am in awe of authors who are able to explain so much by way of seemingly simple tales. I became apprehensive at the waning width of the latter portion of the physical collection as the end loomed closer and closer, and tried to slow my pace to better savor each phrase.

All Around Atlantis: Stories Customer reviews

In Every Way Excellent - -
Eisenberg's prose is poignant and percise. She cuts through the circumstance and gets right to the heart of what it really feels like to be alive. The stories are vivid, easy to read, touching and above all real. In particular Mermaids, The Girl Who Left Her Sock on the Floor, and Rosie Gets a Soul hit a resonant chord within me. I finished the book the night I bought it, and had re-read half of it by morning. One of the most satisfying purchases I've made in years.

Nowhere But Up - -
Just when I was sure Deborah Eisenberg's short stories couldn't get any better than the genius found in her earlier collections, I read this perfect book of short stories. Her use of dialogue is more innovative than any I've seen in contemporary writers and the depths of her intelligence and sentiment are staggering. I would reccomend this book to anyone and everyone. Some of the stories demand rereading and all are classics of contemporary literature.

REVIEWS:

"This DVD is as much a travelogue as it is a cooking video. The videography is beautiful, Cynthia is an engaging host, and the recipes are oh-so tempting."

Nancy Gaifyllia, New York Times' About.com

A GREEK ISLANDS DESTINATION COOKING CLASS (NTSC) Customer reviews

The scenery is absolutely stunning--Santorini, Greece is picturesque and the island is full of history, character, and delicious cuisine. Cynthia Daddona, the host of the program, has a charismatic personality on-camera and draws you in with her enthusiasm about Santorini and a selection of its signature dishes. The cooking class featured in the program has a do-it-yourself appeal and you feel as welcome in the kitchen as a family member would be. The dishes featured on the DVD all look mouth-watering and appear to be easy to prepare--which is always a plus. This DVD has a mixture of history, culture, delicious cuisine, and a touch of romance--and the combination works! I highly recommend it. -- E. Melia

Hippocrates, known as the father of medicine, has been passionately studied for centuries for being the first pioneer into what we now know as the field of modern day health care. Now his fascinating life is beautifully portrayed in this World Premiere one hour documentary entitled "Olympics: Hippocrates in Olympia", by George Petritsis, based on the book "Medical Care During the Ancient Olympic Games" by Christos Lolas, M.D., and narrated by Academy Award(r) winner, the late, great Sir Peter Ustinov. This DVD is believed to have been his final narration and his mellifluous voice adds additional richness to this magnificent work.

This 52-minute DVD gem was filmed in a classic documentary style infused with beautiful and original music scored by Yannis Markopoulos. Prominent in this visually rich presentation are actual ancient artifacts from many of the great archaeological sites and museums found in Greece.

"Hippocrates in Olympia" focuses on the fascination of Hippocrates and his advanced holistic medical beliefs, while investigating a closely related subject, namely the medical care of the revered athletes during the ancient Olympic Games. It was of vital importance in that era that the sportsmen of the day were kept in perfect health in order to provide the much loved entertainment to the leading dignitaries, artists and philosophers in attendance at the ultimate sports festival.
